Responsibilities
  • Register patients and obtain demographic and insurance information
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient schedules
  • Perform administrative tasks, including coding, typing, copying, faxing, and transcription
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle patient inquiries
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or GED equivalent
  • One year of clerical work experience, preferably in a medical office setting
