Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage client project initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of deliverables.
  • Collaborate with various client departments, providing hands-on support throughout the engineering lifecycle of advanced equipment and manufacturing processes.
  • Foster understanding and commitment to decisions through collaboration and effective communication skills.
  • Create technical documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), requirements specifications, testing protocols, and summary reports.
  • Guide and mentor internal team members on assigned tasks, industry best practices, and project-related technical skills.
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback and manage team member performance proactively.
  • Develop team members to ensure project succession plans align with leadership goals.
  • Support business development initiatives by:
    • Building and maintaining professional networks.
    • Identifying and addressing client needs with proposed support plans.
    • Recognizing opportunities to enhance client support services.
  • Participate in and lead technical discussions regarding cleanroom, laboratory, and building HVAC and mechanical systems engineering and design.
  • Devise innovative solutions to HVAC and building mechanical engineering challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices for HVAC and building mechanical systems.
  • Document and write technical reports.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent military experience.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Project Engineering, Consulting, or a relevant industry role.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel extensively as needed to support project and business requirements.
