Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage client project initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of team deliverables.
- Collaborate with various client departments, providing hands-on support throughout the engineering lifecycle of innovative equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Foster understanding and commitment to decisions through collaboration and effective presentation skills.
- Create technical documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), requirements specifications, testing protocols, and summary reports.
- Guide and mentor internal team members on assigned tasks, industry best practices, and project-related technical skills.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback and proactively manage team member performance.
- Develop team members to ensure project succession plans align with leadership objectives.
- Support business development initiatives by:
- Building and maintaining professional networks.
- Identifying and addressing client needs with proposed support plans.
- Recognizing opportunities to expand services for client support.
- Participate in and lead technical discussions regarding cleanrooms, laboratories, and HVAC and mechanical systems engineering and design.
- Devise innovative solutions to challenges in HVAC and mechanical engineering.
- Ensure compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices for HVAC and mechanical systems.
- Document and write technical reports.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent military experience.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project engineering, consulting, or a relevant industry role.
Additional Requirements:
- Full Covid vaccination is required prior to the start date, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations as applicable.
- Willingness to travel extensively as needed to support project and business requirements.
