Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our industry engagement efforts. As the Head of Industry Engagement, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our relationships with customers and the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive industry relations strategy to support our business goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry associations, trade organizations, and key stakeholders
  • Manage end-to-end customer engagements, from conception to execution
  • Oversee a team responsible for executing engagements and organizing customer data
  • Partner with Communications and Commercial teams to align on brand messaging and consistency
  • Prepare executive briefs for events, tradeshows, and conferences
  • Represent and speak on behalf of the company at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows
  • Provide strategic guidance on industry-related issues and opportunities
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in the CPG industry, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with and influence internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate should be highly organized, with the ability to run multiple projects and collaborate with multiple business partners.
