Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic financial planning frameworks and forecasts for the organization.
Formulate project roadmaps, detailing timelines, milestones, and necessary resources.
Monitor project advancement and guarantee timely achievement of milestones within budget constraints.
Establish and uphold thorough project documentation, plans, and reports.
Proactively oversee modifications in project scope, recognize potential challenges, and create contingency strategies.
Examine financial data and construct financial models to support decision-making.
Offer insights and recommendations for both immediate and long-term growth strategies.
Compile financial reports, budgets, variance analyses, and financial forecasts.
Collaborate with upper management to devise strategic initiatives for the organization based on financial viability and projections.
Conduct research and analysis to deliver proactive insights into financial trends.
Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
Manage and enhance cash flow, ensuring the availability of funds as required.
Assist with external audits and tax planning efforts.
Assess and provide counsel on investment prospects, capital projects, and other financial endeavors.
Establish financial policies and procedures to promote operational efficiency.
Prepare budget forecasts.

Generate Fund Flow Statements and Cash Flow Statements on a daily/weekly basis and provide insights to senior management regarding fund management.

System process automation and upgrading of ERP systems.

Qualification & Experience:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-7 years of experience in strategic financial planning and projection management.
Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
Strong expertise in financial modeling techniques and methodologies.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software applications.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Capacity to collaborate effectively across departments and organizational levels.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Adept at prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
