Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily property leasing activities and associated marketing initiatives, particularly for Grade A Office spaces.
2. Analyze property market trends and leasing financial performance data, generating comprehensive reports.
3. Prepare budgets and develop strategic marketing plans.
4. Assist in the monitoring of Building Management Operations (BMO) alongside facility and project management tasks, creating maintenance and repair schedules.
5. Facilitate internal approvals related to property leasing and facility repairs or capital expenditures.
6. Collaborate effectively with various business units to ensure smooth execution of tasks and projects.
7. Manage ad hoc assignments and ensure timely completion of all designated projects.

Additional Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage all maintenance and facility management duties for owned properties, leased assets, and vacant units.
2. Act as the owner's representative in negotiations with external stakeholders, including management companies and governmental bodies.
3. Attend relevant meetings as required.
4. Follow up on Building Department (BD) and Fire Services Department (FSD) orders, coordinating with external consultants as necessary.
5. Prepare analytical reports, summaries, and recommendations for proposed tasks; conduct site inspections and oversee related maintenance and repair activities.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in real estate management, property/facility management, surveying, or a related field is preferred.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in property leasing.
3. Possession of an Estate Agent's License or Salesperson's License from the Estate Agents Authority is required.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability in stakeholder and people management; self-motivated with a keen business acumen.
5. Proficient in both Chinese and English, with excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
6. Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office Suite (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
