Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Retail Manager in executing all store-related initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with retail partners and store teams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of operational systems and provide training to store personnel as needed.
- Implement and uphold all operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across all stores.
- Manage the flow of inventory from the warehouse to retail locations, collaborating with stock teams to ensure product availability.
- Facilitate store-to-store transfers and merchandise returns, monitoring their progress effectively.
- Ensure the store environment meets high standards of maintenance and presentation.
- Lead stock movement procedures and oversee inventory management.
- Assist in organizing physical stock-takes and analyzing outcomes in conjunction with Inventory Control.
- Support the management of uniforms and packaging processes.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Self-driven with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks independently, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
- Strong numerical aptitude, statistical knowledge, and skills in quantitative analysis.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
