Job Functions: Project Coordination
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Project Coordinator overseeing the execution and alignment with stakeholders, while monitoring the performance of service providers.
- Manage project planning and oversee enhancements related to the Bank's assets.
- Identify key milestones and conduct feasibility assessments for renovation initiatives.
- Operate independently on property-related renovation projects and liaise with internal teams, consultants, and vendors for all project-related tasks.
- Supervise the execution of asset enhancement and development activities to ensure completion within the established budget and timeline, adhering to relevant specifications and governmental regulations.
- Prepare detailed analytical reports, summaries, and recommendations regarding proposed work tasks.
- Navigate internal processes to secure management approval in accordance with all bank policies, procedures, and requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Surveying, Facilities Management, Housing Management, or related fields.
- A minimum of 3 years of substantial experience in project management focused on asset enhancement and significant alterations and additions, particularly within banking or corporate environments, including compliance, procurement, and approval processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a solid commercial understanding.
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English; fluency in Mandarin is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of property development processes, interior design, and building regulations.
- Highly skilled in computer applications, including MS Office, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
