About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Kahlig Auto Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales experience to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Greet clients with a courteous smile and attitude, listen to their needs, and provide them with a personalized sales experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Become knowledgeable about the Subaru product line, including models, packages, and in-vehicle technology, to provide confident demonstrations and answer client questions.
  • Trade-In Appraisal: Provide clients with market value estimates on their trade-in vehicle to ensure a smooth and transparent sales process.
  • Communication: Proactively keep clients updated on the status of their vehicle purchase, using their preferred method of communication.
  • Delivery and Handover: Inspect the vehicle before delivery to ensure it meets the client's expectations and make their first day with their new vehicle memorable.
  • Customer Service: Handle all customer concerns and complaints, and maintain high customer service index scores based on returned surveys.
  • Training and Development: Complete all factory and dealership-assigned training to maintain job-specific certification and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements
  • Experience, education, and prior sales training are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills.
