POSITION OVERVIEW

The Talent Acquisition Manager will take charge of overseeing and directing the daily recruitment operations and the personnel engaged in the hiring process. Reporting to the Operations and Recruitment Leadership, the Talent Acquisition Manager will supervise the WPS Recruitment Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Recruitment Leadership to implement and maintain consistency in process modifications, performance management practices, reporting, and project outcomes.
  • Generate analytics and reports as necessary to assess process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Engage with all stakeholders to validate hiring needs and specifications.
  • Develop and propose innovative and effective sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding methodologies.
  • Establish clear objectives and benchmarks for the recruitment team.
  • Ensure all recruiters provide comprehensive and accurate information to candidates regarding the organization and the role.
  • Facilitate an effective transition by coordinating with Administrative Specialists, Security Teams, and Operations Support Specialists.
  • Guarantee that all recruiters maintain the confidentiality of applicant information.
  • Design and execute cost-effective sourcing strategies to achieve recruitment goals.
  • Foster and sustain strong working relationships with hiring managers, Recruitment Leadership, and other HR team members to cultivate a partnership that drives success, results, and credibility.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Recruiting to leverage online recruitment resources and the in-house applicant tracking system to identify and attract top candidates, both internal and external.
  • Review resumes and credentials for relevance of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; experience may substitute for education.
  • A minimum of three years of management experience required, with a preference for recruiting management experience.
  • Experience with U.S. Government contracts is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills with a strong bias for action.
  • Capacity to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

The work is typically conducted in a dynamic office setting and is subject to frequent interruptions. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, although some extended or weekend hours may be necessary.
