  • The Market Research Operations & Programs (ROPs) team is looking for someone with a strong background in executing advertising and brand research, managing multifaceted programs, and possessing a solid understanding of market research methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement client-facing research programs.
  • Manage the intake of research requests, resource allocation, project tracking, and execution as necessary.
  • Coordinate with external research partners, ensuring quality control and effective communication between vendors and internal teams.
  • Establish standards, documentation, and workflows to guarantee the success of research programs.
  • Define success metrics and track performance to assess the impact of research initiatives.
  • Encourage innovation and take calculated risks to enhance solutions.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to research partners and vendors.
  • Facilitate team training sessions as required.
  • Assist with overflow program management or short-term projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in survey market research or analytics.
  • At least 4 years of experience in project or program management.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Only candidates prepared to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with various quantitative and qualitative market research techniques.
  • Technical skills in SQL, Tableau, XML, and HTML.
  • Experience with survey programming tools such as Decipher, Qualtrics, or Survey Monkey.
  • Proven ability to adapt in dynamic environments and manage change effectively.
  • Experience in presenting insights and influencing business strategies based on research findings.
  • Strong communication skills to foster collaboration among stakeholders and partners.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills.
  • Adept at navigating complex problems and prioritizing tasks.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a focus on teamwork and mentorship.
