Your Role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA:

  • Deliver behavioral analysis services to students with autism and related disorders, providing direct therapy under the supervision of the Executive Director & Clinical Director.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, monitor, and revise instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans.
  • Conduct training sessions for paraprofessionals on the execution of instructional programs and behavior plans.
  • Ideal candidates will be highly organized, self-driven, adaptable, positive, and effective team players.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification is mandatory.
  • Access to reliable transportation is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a treatment team.
