This position demands a proactive individual with a robust work ethic and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

You will thrive in a collaborative environment, focusing on fostering frontline behaviors within organizations aimed at eliminating obstacles, cultivating leadership, and engaging employees to boost overall performance. A key challenge of this role is to achieve impactful results by influencing the client's leadership team without having formal authority.

In close collaboration with a Project Manager, you will receive daily guidance, support, and training on TPC methodologies. While a willingness to learn and follow direction is crucial, you are also encouraged to share your own insights and expertise effectively. Establishing strong relationships and earning the trust of colleagues will be vital for your success.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in supervisory, managerial, or leadership positions
  • Familiarity with time studies and value stream analysis
  • Capability to identify waste and measure outcomes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Background in mechanical or industrial engineering
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of profit and loss principles
  • Experience in developing and delivering training materials
  • Knowledge of capacity planning and public speaking
  • Familiarity with organizational behavior and team leadership
  • Experience implementing Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Background in industrial maintenance programs

Travel Requirements: Availability to travel from Sunday to Friday.
