Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Psychologist to join our team at Emory University's Emory + Children's Pediatric Institute. The ideal candidate will have experience in treating behavioral health needs in children and adolescents, as well as their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outpatient services in co-located and integrated care clinics, including individual behavioral health treatment and consultation with medical subspecialties.
  • Assess and treat somatic symptoms and behavioral health needs in children and adolescents.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based assessment and treatment plans, including diagnostic interviewing, behavioral and cognitive-behavioral interventions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical programs.

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field.
  • Experience in pediatric psychology, with a focus on behavioral health needs in children and adolescents.
  • Strong clinical skills, with ability to work with diverse patient populations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
