In this position, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding Guest Services as an integral member of our Housekeeping TEAM. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure guest satisfaction by fostering a welcoming and comfortable environment. From the moment guests enter their accommodations, you will be dedicated to creating a sense of ease and tranquility.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service to our guests by promptly addressing their requests with genuine care and attention, ensuring their complete satisfaction. Facilitate guest satisfaction by efficiently returning lost or forgotten items left behind in our facilities. Prepare cleaning carts with all necessary supplies to guarantee a smooth and effective cleaning process for assigned guest rooms throughout the day. Exhibit a strong commitment to cleanliness by dusting surfaces, disposing of waste, sanitizing bathrooms, and refreshing bed linens and towels in guest rooms, ensuring every detail is attended to with precision. Report supply levels and any equipment concerns promptly to maintain seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Physical Requirements:

Lift and carry loads weighing up to 50 lbs. Push and pull wheeled carts weighing up to specified limits. Extend arms overhead, scrub, bend, and stoop for extended periods while working in confined spaces. Meet performance expectations, including thoroughly cleaning a minimum of 13 rooms per day.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Previous experience as a Housekeeping Room Attendant is preferred.
