We are seeking an experienced Community Health Worker Supervisor to join our team at CAMBA. The successful candidate will have a strong background in community outreach and a passion for improving health outcomes for marginalized communities.

As a Community Health Worker Supervisor, you will oversee a team of CHWs who provide home visiting, outreach, and support services to pregnant women and new mothers. You will also develop and implement program content on maternal and child health, reproductive health/wellness, and reducing barriers to healthcare/health equity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop program content on maternal and child health, reproductive health/wellness, and reducing barriers to healthcare/health equity
  • Provide staff training to CHWs on program content on maternal and child health, reproductive health/wellness, family planning, including childbirth education, pre-natal health, birth plans, breastfeeding, maternal mental health, postpartum wellness
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate peer support events/groups, community workshops, and events focusing on topics of maternal and child health

Compensation: $62,400 annually. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, 403(b) retirement plan with employer match, paid time off (vacation, personal, and sick time), and paid holidays.
