Job Summary

The Behavioral Health Supervisor - Clinical Leader will oversee the delivery of behavioral services, supervise treatment staff, and ensure the implementation of evidence-based practices. This role requires a strong commitment to furthering institutional performance measures through interdisciplinary teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a clinical leader, overseeing the delivery of behavioral services and ensuring the implementation of evidence-based practices.
  • Supervise treatment staff, providing guidance on bio-psycho-social assessment and case management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external providers, coordinating referrals and follow-up for patients requiring concurrent chemical dependency services.
  • Provide administrative back-up for the Clinic Director as needed.
  • Ensure that vocational rehabilitation is integrated within each treatment plan.
  • Participate in case conferences and attend staff meetings to generate research and demonstration proposals.
  • Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to develop patient treatment plans.

Requirements

  • Masters Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling required.
  • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a Master or Advanced Credential Substance Abuse and Alcoholism Counselor (CASAC) required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a staff trainer or treatment supervisor.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationships, effective communication skills, ability to problem solve, motivate, develop, and coach individuals and groups.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $ $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
