Maternal Health Program Supervisor

CAMBA is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to providing essential services to vulnerable populations in New York City. As the Maternal Health Program Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing our iCARE initiative, which aims to improve maternal and infant health outcomes for low-income women and their families.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field and at least two years of supervisory experience. You will be responsible for communicating effectively with participants, planning program activities, motivating staff, and troubleshooting program problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with participants, direct reporting staff, peers, supervisors, and funders
  • Plan and organize program activities to maximize program contract goals and performance targets
  • Motivate, coach, and counsel direct reporting staff to excel
  • Troubleshoot participant and direct reporting staff program problems and make decisions in accordance with program policies, procedures, and protocols

Compensation: $62,400 annually. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, 403(b) retirement plan with employer match, paid time off (vacation, personal, and sick time), and paid holidays.
