Job Summary:

As an Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza LLC, you will play a key role in the management of our pizza store. Your responsibilities will include directing, coordinating, and participating in the preparation and cooking of food, as well as collecting monies from customers and ordering supplies and food products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Assist with the management of the store, including maintaining business records and collecting and paying accounts.
  • Order supplies and food products to ensure adequate inventory levels.
  • Collect monies from customers and process transactions accurately.
  • Participate in the training and development of personnel to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a management or supervisory role preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
