- Order supplies and food products, maintaining inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate the activities of employees, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Maintain accurate business records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, friendly, and welcoming to customers.
- Lead and build a strong team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Meet MVR (motor vehicle record) standards.
- Maintain vehicle and vehicle insurance in accordance with state requirements.
- Available to work over weekends (Friday to Sunday).
Communication Skills:
The Store Manager position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, including:
