The Retail Operations Coordinator reports to the Taproom Manager and is tasked with ensuring that retail activities run efficiently and effectively for both the team and patrons. This individual will provide essential support for the Retail Team to help fulfill our overarching mission of crafting the finest beverages globally and serving them in the most welcoming and memorable atmosphere possible. This position offers a dynamic and engaging environment where diligence is valued, and we always appreciate flexibility and a sense of humor alongside other important qualities such as intent, hard work, and effective communication skills.

As a Part-Time Retail Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering a clean, inviting, and knowledgeable experience for all patrons
  • Supporting retail team members in replenishing coolers and merchandise
  • Monitoring can case inventory in coolers and on the retail sales floor
  • Collecting all used glassware from both inside and outside the facility
  • Assisting the kitchen staff with trays, dishes, and other tasks as necessary
  • Helping with early morning deliveries and organizing coolers upon receipt of inventory
  • Operating dishwashers behind the bar
  • Maintaining a tidy bar area for all guests
  • Assisting with trash cleanup both inside and outside the facility, disposing of waste properly
  • Restocking merchandise shelves as requested
  • Providing parking assistance as needed
  • Carrying out additional tasks as directed by your supervisor
This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs, and frequent access to refrigerated areas throughout your shifts.

Role Requirements:
  • 6+ months of relevant professional experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with a focused and diligent attitude
  • A naturally helpful disposition and a commitment to being a dependable team player willing to go the extra mile
  • A quick learner capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure in time-sensitive situations
  • Must communicate effectively with guests as required
  • Punctuality and responsibility regarding time management are essential
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues swiftly to implement necessary corrective actions
  • Attention to detail, particularly in maintaining cleanliness
  • Confidence in expressing your thoughts
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Physical capability to push, pull, bend, and lift over 50 lbs as necessary for assigned tasks throughout the workday
