As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service by warmly greeting visitors and ensuring our stores are well-stocked, tidy, and organized. Minimum Education: Not Applicable
Preferred Education: High School diploma or GED
Minimum Experience: Not required
Preferred Experience: Previous 3-6 months in retail or customer service roles
Preferred Skills and Certifications:
- Knowledge of ServSafe/Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and colleagues
- High energy levels and capacity to multitask efficiently
- Team-oriented mindset, willing to support others
- Basic computer skills are advantageous
Schedule: This position may be part-time or full-time, with varied hours, including day and night shifts as our stores operate around the clock. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Working Conditions: Part-time (up to 29 hours per week), Full-time hours available
Travel Requirements: Up to 5% travel may be necessary to assist in neighboring locations occasionally
Physical Demands: Ability to lift items up to 40 pounds, stand or walk for extended periods, and perform various physical tasks. Must be able to work in cold environments and tolerate moderate noise levels.
