Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow existing customer relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth
