We are in search of a detail-oriented and seasoned Administrative Specialist to provide essential management and administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess an associate's degree and have at least 8 years of relevant experience.

This position focuses on delivering comprehensive administrative assistance to facilitate the effective planning, development, and execution of projects aimed at bolstering community resilience and reducing risks linked to natural disasters.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-level administrative support to project teams, including organizing meetings, managing schedules, and coordinating travel logistics.
2. Assist in the orchestration of project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks within budget constraints.
3. Prepare, review, and oversee project documentation, including reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring adherence to guidelines and accuracy.
4. Aid in monitoring project budgets, tracking expenditures, and generating financial reports.
5. Support stakeholder engagement initiatives by organizing meetings, preparing necessary materials, and maintaining communication with community stakeholders.
6. Maintain and oversee project databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
7. Ensure compliance of all administrative activities with federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
8. Provide training and support to junior administrative staff and other team members as necessary.
9. Assist in quality assurance and quality control processes to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of project deliverables.
10. Identify and resolve administrative challenges that may affect project success.

Work Environment:
This position is available to candidates nationwide and is remote, with site work as required by the customer.

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is between the state or federal minimum wage requirements - $25/hr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
