Our company works with large corporate clients, assisting them in customer acquisition, retention, brand awareness, and product/service rollout. We currently partner with NRG on their retail and events business development sales and services project.

Key responsibilities of the Customer Acquisition Specialist include:

  • Determine service needs and demand for customers
  • Apply marketing and sales psychology principles
  • Develop a non-aggressive approach to meeting client and customer needs
  • Presentation and education on services to business customers
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
