Job Description

The Lease Servicing Specialist III is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of lease transactions. This role includes prioritizing tasks, ensuring quality control, maintaining documentation, and overseeing funding and booking processes. Collaboration with various internal teams, such as operations, asset management, credit, accounts payable, and tax, is essential to fulfill lease origination commitments. Regular updates will be provided to leadership and other departments regarding the status of lease operations. Additionally, the specialist will assist in process documentation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engage with leasing clients and partners to gather credit conditions necessary for lease documentation, ensuring compliance with requirements.
2. Draft and distribute lease contracts to clients and partners, adhering to company policies and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
3. Execute booking activities to align with internal, partner, and customer commitments, validating contract documents and system entries for accuracy.
4. Secure necessary approvals for payment requests beyond established authority, ensuring compliance with policies during funding activities.
5. Manage maintenance tasks related to contract modifications and end-of-lease decisions throughout the lease term.
6. Focus on smaller project transactions and standard structured clients, managing a diverse portfolio across various partner segments.
7. Complete UCC filings in accordance with regulatory standards and manage legal documents with relevant authorities.
8. Provide support to team members as needed, assisting with workload balancing.
9. Conduct quality assurance checks to uphold high standards and identify areas for improvement in processes.
10. Communicate workload status to supervisors and escalate issues promptly.
11. Actively participate in team efforts to meet partner and customer commitments and resolve issues.
12. Participate in relationship management calls and site visits to enhance service delivery and client relationships.
13. Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Account Managers, clients, and lease partners to ensure exceptional service.
14. Regularly review and update procedures to reflect best practices.
15. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and collaborate with management to implement changes, including user acceptance testing and procedural updates.
16. Cross-train to support and back up colleagues, ensuring proficiency in all aspects of small deal and standard structured servicing relationships.

Education
  • High school diploma or GED required
Work Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably within the leasing sector.

Physical Requirements

Primarily sedentary role, with occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds.

Travel Requirements

Infrequent travel, typically once a month or less.

About The Judge Group

The typical base pay range for this role is between $55,578 - $70,125. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organizational and individual performance.
