ICF Disaster Management Division seeks a skilled professional to support the Public Assistance Division. This role involves assisting with PA Program delivery, project worksheet development, and operational details. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Federal and State Recovery Programs and Initiatives, Public Assistance, and its implementing regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

•Analyzing and resolving grants administration issues and problems.

•Developing and executing program-specific administrative and operational guidance.

•Addressing FEMA Public Assistance policy and guidance technical issues.

•Coordinating and participating in the resolution of project-related issues and concerns.

•Ensuring excellent customer service and support to partner agencies.

•Maintaining and tracking each case as required in project report management information systems.

•Measuring performance with key metrics.

•Keeping management teams informed on issues, problems, and resolutions.

Requirements:

•2+ years of experience in FEMA, State, or Local Public Assistance, addressing operational issues in disaster recovery operations.

•2+ years of experience analyzing FEMA project worksheets.

•5+ years of professional experience.

•Ability to travel as required for project work.

•Valid driver's license and successful Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.

Preferred Skills:

•Bachelor's degree.

•Knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques.

•Experience addressing strategic issues in disaster recovery operations.

•Background in various types of construction.

Professional Skills:

•Proficiency in Microsoft software applications.

•Excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills.

•Critical thinking skills to resolve project constraints and make decisions.

•Ability to work well under changing deadlines and priorities.

Pay Range: $49,148.00 - $83,552.00
