Position Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Employment Type: Full-time - Contract

Role Overview: As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily functions of HR systems, ensuring adherence to established HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring accurate processing of HR transactions.
  • Conduct thorough research and maintain comprehensive documentation for system modifications and employment verifications.
  • Perform audits and provide guidance on process completion to various levels of leadership and HR staff.
  • Manage dedicated communication lines, educating both internal and external stakeholders on recruitment processes.
  • Generate reports and rectify discrepancies related to employee data and job positions.
  • Support and coordinate recruitment initiatives and events.
  • Establish and maintain employee records and files.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required.

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to adapt and switch between tasks efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in engaging with stakeholders across various levels.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $20 - $24 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
