  • Overseeing daily functions of HR systems transactions to ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
  • Conducting thorough research and maintaining both paper and electronic documentation for system modifications and employment confirmations.
  • Performing audits and providing guidance on necessary process completions to various levels of leadership and HR/Auditing/Budgeting personnel.
  • Managing dedicated communication lines and educating both internal and external clients regarding recruitment initiatives and procedures.
  • Generating reports and addressing discrepancies related to positions and employee data. Assisting in the coordination of recruitment events and initiatives.
