Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and manage both physical and digital records related to employment verification and system updates.
- Review HR processes and offer insights to leadership, HR, auditing, and budgeting teams.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding recruitment initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Generate reports and rectify discrepancies related to employee data and positions.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and initiatives.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Coordinator with comprehensive recruiting tasks.
- Create and maintain employee records and files.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
