This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, preparing human resources reports, and assisting in payroll data processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Employee Records: Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee records, including benefits enrollment and leave requests.
  • Prepare HR Reports: Assist in preparing human resources reports, metrics, and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Payroll Data Processing: Assist in processing payroll data, ensuring timely payment of employees.
  • Benefits Administration: Help employees understand their benefits options, assist with enrollment, and maintain accurate benefit records.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and maintain training records to support employee development.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Work Experience: 2 years of experience in human resources or related field.
  • Certification: SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in office software, administrative tools, and database management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
