At Kraemer Women's Care, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of human resources activities from recruitment to payroll. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in Human Resources, preferably in a healthcare environment.

The salary for this position is approximately $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location in Columbia, SC.

In terms of job responsibilities, the HR Coordinator will be required to screen, recruit, and interview potential employees, as well as onboard and train new employees. They will also coordinate events focused on employee recognition, assist with benefits enrollments, update timekeeping information in the payroll system, coordinate provider credentialing and privileging with payors and hospitals, and maintain employee files.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook. They will also have knowledge of labor and employment laws and be able to build rapport with all employees.
