Position: Community Life Assistant
Full-Time Day and Evening Shifts Available
** Competitive Pay Rate up to $17.80/hour, commensurate with experience **

We are currently in search of a dedicated Community Life Assistant for our Senior Care Community.
Key Qualifications for the Community Life Assistant Role:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess a valid CNA license.
- Preferred completion of a 90-hour activity course.
- Minimum of one year of general work experience.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and scheduling activities and programs, effectively communicating these to residents, and fostering participation.
- Conduct individual visits and lead assigned programs.
- Support field trips and outings.
- Facilitate transportation for residents to and from planned activities.
- Maintain attendance records for residents.
- Assist with documentation, including daily attendance and individual visit records.
- Collaborate with local community groups to develop joint projects that benefit residents.
- Ensure necessary supplies are available for various activities and programs.
- Contribute to residents' care planning, including assessments and progress notes.
- Support CNAs within households with tasks such as bed making, light housekeeping, and providing assistance during meals.
