We are seeking a committed, innovative, and dependable professional to execute programs and services that align with our five core focus areas: Health, Wellness and Nutrition; Academic Support; Financial Literacy; Job Readiness; and Social and Community Engagement.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of program implementation and service delivery in collaboration with community partners, resident associations, social service coordinators, and on-site management.
  • Facilitate and implement various programs and services tailored for senior citizens and individuals with disabilities, leveraging community resources and agencies.
  • Develop and execute health and wellness initiatives and educational programs to foster physical and mental well-being.
  • Organize food assistance and financial literacy programs to encourage economic stability and self-sufficiency.
  • Assist with case management to support seniors in maintaining their independence and provide aid to individuals with disabilities.
  • Establish neighborhood safety initiatives and community-building programs.
  • Coordinate community-wide social events to strengthen community ties.
  • Facilitate educational workshops for senior residents, utilizing local resources and agencies.
  • Create and monitor service goals with residents, ensuring progress is tracked effectively.
  • Maintain resource files for referrals to specific services and provide follow-up support.
  • Utilize the Better Tomorrows data management system for tracking case management progress and program outcomes.
  • Publish a monthly community newsletter and calendar of events.
  • Offer technical support to resident associations.
  • Engage in limited fundraising activities to enhance program offerings through grants and partnerships.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to property management partners, assisting residents in meeting lease obligations.
  • Involve volunteers and community partners in program initiatives.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in social service delivery.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, dependable, and adaptable.
  • Familiarity with affordable housing and local social service resources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and other software tools.
  • Able to work standard business hours with some flexibility as needed.
  • Capability to safely lift up to 25 pounds.
