YOUR ROLE
As a Call Center Representative - Customer Service Rep, you will be the initial point of contact, managing incoming calls, making outbound communications, and assisting field teams with parts and equipment needs. Your duties will include scheduling and confirming appointments, conducting follow-up calls, and processing invoices. You will act as a liaison between clients and various departments to ensure timely resolutions while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be essential in meeting our clients' needs, making each day at work engaging and rewarding.
REQUIREMENTS
