Your Responsibilities:

· Execute assigned system commissioning utilizing Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools.

· Diagnose and resolve fundamental HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control issues.

Your Approach:

• Load software for system-level controllers and conduct basic commissioning and diagnostics from controllers to end devices (e.g., sensors, actuators) while completing necessary documentation.

• Keep management and contractors informed about job status and any challenges encountered.

• Calibrate systems using basic electronic testing equipment.

• Complete administrative responsibilities, including time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentation.

• Document modifications and provide information for as-built records.

• Communicate with contractors or customers upon arrival and prior to departure from the job site.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and participate in mandatory safety training, prioritizing the safety of employees and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

Essential:

• Proven technical skills.

• Proficient in using hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws).

• Basic computer proficiency.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Effective communication and listening abilities.

Preferred:

• At least one year of experience in HVAC Controls and/or mechanical systems installation.

• Demonstrated understanding of HVAC systems.
