Your Responsibilities

· Execute assigned system commissioning utilizing Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools.

· Diagnose and resolve fundamental HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control issues.

How You Will Accomplish This

• Load software for system-level controllers. Conduct basic commissioning and system diagnostics from system-level controllers to end devices (such as sensors and actuators) and complete all necessary commissioning documentation.

• Keep management and contractors informed about job progress and any arising issues.

• Calibrate systems using basic electronic testing equipment.

• Complete administrative tasks including time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentation.

• Document modifications and provide information for as-built documentation.

• Communicate with contractors or customers upon arrival and before departing the work site.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and participate in mandatory safety training, maintaining a high regard for the safety of employees and subcontractors.

What We Seek

Required Qualifications

• Proven technical aptitude.

• Proficient in using hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws).

• Basic computer skills are essential.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Effective communication and listening abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in the installation of HVAC controls and/or mechanical systems.

• Demonstrated understanding of HVAC systems.
