Your Responsibilities:

· Execute assigned system commissioning tasks utilizing Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools.

· Diagnose and resolve basic mechanical, electrical, and control issues within HVAC systems.

How You Will Achieve This:

• Load software for system-level controllers and perform essential commissioning and diagnostics from controllers to end devices (such as sensors and actuators), ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.

• Maintain communication with management and contractors or customers regarding job progress and any issues encountered.

• Calibrate systems using basic electronic testing equipment.

• Complete administrative responsibilities, including time tracking, expense reporting, and on-site documentation.

• Document modifications and provide information for as-built records.

• Engage with contractors or customers upon arrival and prior to leaving the work site.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and participate in mandatory safety training, prioritizing the safety of yourself and subcontractors.

Qualifications We Seek:

Essential:

• Proven technical proficiency.

• Ability to operate hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws).

• Basic computer skills are necessary.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Effective communication and listening abilities.

Preferred:

• At least one year of experience in HVAC controls and/or mechanical systems installation.

• Solid understanding of HVAC systems.
