The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and maintaining deep, lasting relationships with customers. They will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our products, bridging the gap between our customers and internal technology teams.
This role requires someone who can communicate technical language to non-technical customers and analyze data sets to determine how to optimize customer performance.
The salary range for this role is $115,000 - $140,000 ($137,500 - $162,500 OTE), plus equity in the company and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:- Become an expert in EliseAI's products and understand our customer's business needs and goals.
- Communicate the AI's value ensuring successful adoption and utilization of our products.
- Provide world-class support by taking ownership on customer issues and resolving them quickly.
- Write documentation and host workshops on our product offerings.
- Drive adoption of new products and features.
