Director Support:

Responsibilities
The Clinic Director plays a pivotal role in steering the clinic in alignment with ATI's mission, vision, and values, fostering a high-performing team that consistently achieves growth and outstanding patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing daily clinic operations and supervising clinic staff while ensuring quality patient care.
  • Meeting or surpassing clinic objectives related to operational performance metrics.
  • Managing clinic staffing levels effectively.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between clinic personnel and district leadership.
  • Building strong relationships with patients and the local community.
  • Creating a team culture that reflects ATI's mission.
  • Supporting team member development to ensure high performance, including providing constructive feedback and conducting annual performance discussions.
  • Developing personalized care plans and delivering treatment across all phases of physical therapy, emphasizing compassionate, comprehensive, and evidence-based methods to restore patients to full functionality.
  • Completing daily patient care documentation, including progress and discharge notes.
  • Maintaining open communication with referring physicians and other referral sources.
  • Ensuring compliance through the maintenance of clinical logs and checklists.
  • Managing scheduling effectively.
