Position Summary:
As the Clinical Manager of Emergency Services, you will oversee service delivery, growth initiatives, resource management, and operational controls to guarantee high-quality patient care within the Emergency Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative and operational functions for designated departments, including oversight of financial management, human resources, operational processes, quality assurance, clinical outcomes, and satisfaction levels among patients, physicians, and staff.
- Contribute as a member of the management team to advance the organization's mission, vision, and values, while fostering a patient-centered approach and enhancing value-driven outcomes.
- Lead succession planning efforts by identifying and nurturing talent, providing support, education, and resources to cultivate future nursing leaders.
- Assist in staffing as needed to ensure clinical care for diverse patient populations.

Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced certification in relevant specialty area.
- Completion of Trauma Core Course.
- A minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting, including at least three (3) years of leadership experience in an acute care environment.
- Proven clinical competency in the relevant specialty area.
