Sales Manager

Roku, the leading TV streaming platform in the US and Mexico, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to help scale our self-serve streaming ad platform. As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Account Executives to drive demand generation and client growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the advertising landscape and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
About the Role
We are looking for a talented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, use data to drive operations, and effectively collaborate with internal teams. Your primary goal will be to hit aggressive revenue targets while building and maintaining a pipeline of sales targets, contacts, and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-performing team of Account Executives to achieve revenue growth and business outcomes
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and agencies
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive demand generation and client growth
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on sales strategy and execution
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $156,000 - $234,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, certifications, and geographical location.
You'll Thrive Here if You:
- Have 5-7+ years of experience in advertising sales, preferably in video, streaming, TV, display, social, mobile, and/or custom content space
- Have a successful track record in closing large, complex, and custom advertising sales with enterprise advertisers and key stakeholders at their agencies
