Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled sales engineering manager to join our team. As a sales engineering manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales engineers to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales engineers to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
  • Partner with sales leaders and reps to drive quota attainment, execution of strategies, and ensure the needs of the field are met.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years SE experience.
  • Minimum 3 years experience managing similar teams.
  • Experience selling to large enterprise customers.
  • Track record of success and overachievement as an IC.

The estimated salary for this role is $225,000 - $275,000 OTE (70/30 split). This compensation package is based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and is one part of many benefits and reward opportunities we provide.
