Job Description

Sales professionals with 5-8 years of experience are sought to manage sales activities in assigned territories. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and management direction to site managers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for overall safety programs at each site within the area of responsibility.
  • Implement and standardize employee safety, attendance, and recognition programs across all sites.
  • Manage forecasting and budgeting processes, providing recommendations on budget modifications to local management and corporate finance.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customer contacts at each site.
  • Consolidate and submit weekly site reports to regional managers.
  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled site audits with staff and key customer contacts.
  • Schedule and manage quarterly business review calendars for the assigned area.
  • Develop plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees.
  • Provide training and direction on portal inputs, budget masters, InSite, supplies, and equipment purchases.
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
  • Analyze sales statistics to formulate sales plans.
  • Promote services at trade association meetings and deliver sales presentations to key clients.
  • Coordinate liaison between sales departments and other sales-related units.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas for proposed client base expansion.
  • Assist in industry research and development.
  • Monitor and evaluate competition activities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field from a four-year college or university.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license may be required.

Salary:$110,000 - $115,000 per year
