Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Ambassador to join our team at Embassy Suites by Hilton Kansas City Overland Park. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
Responsibilities:- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Provide personalized service to guests, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure excellent guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including occupancy reports and guest feedback.
- Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring they meet the highest standards of customer service.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Competitive hourly rate: $16 - $21 per hour.
- Uncapped bonuses for meeting score goals and exceeding expectations.
