Job Title: Front Office Supervisor

Highgate Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at The Candler Hotel, Atlanta. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of hospitality.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including complaints and feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including room assignments, amenities, and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel software systems, including property management systems and customer relationship management software.
