About the Job:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team as a Medical Assistant Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform direct patient care and related tasks as outlined by scope of practice, including assisting patients with personal hygiene activities, bowel and bladder functions, and recording patient intake and output.
  2. Communicate pertinent patient information/findings to patient's nurse and set priorities for the care of multiple patients.
  3. Maintain clean and tidy patient room/environment.

Requirements:

  • Current Kentucky Nurse Aide Certification required or successful completion of first year of a Nursing program and validation of a clinical rotation consistent with level of education.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • BASIC Life Support (must be obtained within three months of hire).
