We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team at Baptist Health. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting a supportive environment for our patients and their families.
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Providing emotional support and counseling to patients and their families
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- CURRENT RN licensure or temporary Kentucky work permit
- Associate Degree in Nursing with a Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Completion and maintenance of BLS
- Successful completion of all competencies as identified on the departmental nurse competency grid
