About This Role

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team at Baptist Health. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting a supportive environment for our patients and their families.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Providing emotional support and counseling to patients and their families
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • CURRENT RN licensure or temporary Kentucky work permit
  • Associate Degree in Nursing with a Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Completion and maintenance of BLS
  • Successful completion of all competencies as identified on the departmental nurse competency grid
