Customer Service Representative

At HomeTeam Pest Defense, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, providing information and initiating new services as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries, research problems, and resolve issues related to billing, pricing, and service scheduling.
- Conduct telephone conversations with customers to address issues and provide closure.
- Provide general marketing information to prospects and customers as requested.
- Enter service-related notes in our system software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Escalate complex inquiries or problems to managers as needed.
- Competitive hourly rate of $16.50.

- 1 year of previous customer service experience.
- Entry-level customer service skills and techniques.
- Basic understanding of computers and company telephone features.
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
- Must successfully pass background and drug screening.
