Compensation Range: From $85,000 to $105,000

Your Responsibilities

The Web Solutions Engineer will be responsible for coding, implementing, and maintaining web-based applications. Examples of applications may include project management tools, essential business workflows, and custom application workflows that connect with data providers through RESTful APIs. This role offers a significant opportunity to contribute to our organizational success.

As a member of the technology delivery team, you will:

  • Engage in defining technical requirements, ensuring that the allocated time is appropriate for the assigned tasks.
  • Develop HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to fulfill the functionalities specified in the requirements document.
  • Conduct unit testing for the routines and procedures created during your coding efforts.
  • Integrate your work into a code repository to ensure successful deployment of the implemented solutions.
  • Enhance existing applications by writing code to boost performance, resolve issues, or introduce new functionalities.
  • Participate in code review sessions where you will articulate the technical strategies employed in your code.
  • Assist in gathering requirements with the support of project managers and stakeholders.
  • Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications.
  • Update and optimize existing server-side applications as necessary.

Your Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing large datasets or developing and overseeing databases.
  • Proficiency in building web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular.
  • Experience in customizing CSS outside of pre-built frameworks like Bootstrap.
  • Knowledge of consuming data via RESTful APIs, managing JSON data transfers, and understanding JavaScript's asynchronous mechanisms.
  • Strong skills in JavaScript, with a solid grasp of asynchronous programming.
